Answers before you ask
What are Chakras?
They are swirling energy centers in your body.  This is how the light enters into your body.  If chakras have an imbalance (too big or too small) then you'll see that imbalance someplace in your life.  Each chakra rules some part of your life.  For instance, if you can't get past the third date, you probably have a heart imbalance as well as another chakra that is imbalance keeping your from moving forward.
Another example is if you feel like you always say the wrong thing.  This is a throat chakra imbalance.
How is the course set up?
You'll find the course materials inside the Nantucket Love School.  You'll have a main page with best practices, a downloadable meditation to support you and your chakras changing energy.  Each chakra has it's own page with a detailed description of the chakra including what different imbalances look like for the chakra, and how to balance the chakra.
